Smoke Detector/Sensor Photoelectric

This photoelectric smoke sensor detects smoke using a couple of infrared diodes. The principle of detecting is that the granules in the smoke can reflect the infrared light. Infrared diodes are placed in a special chamber. The chamber is shielded from external light but does not affect smoke getting into it. When there is no smoke the diodes receive a very weak signal. When smoke enters the chamber, diodes gradually receive more light and the detector can give out an alarm signal when the smoke reaches a certain density.

This product is a non-coding type smoke detectors,which directly access to working by connecting the 12V DC power supply.

When it is working normally, red LED indicator light will flash three times slowly then go into the normal state of standby, the red LED indicator light flashes a time every 8 seconds and will also always on show during the alarm.

Detector with a pair of output contacts (Open/Closed port is optional). When on alarm,contact closed, after the alarm will be turn off;when the space probe fall to the concentration of smoke alarm products values concentration (standard value for each foot of the weak 3.2% ash, the sensors have a response), the machine will reset to the Normal working condition automatically.
