CO2 MH-Z19B


The MH-Z19B infrared gas module is a small sensor that uses the non-dispersive infrared (NDIR) principle to detect the existence of CO2 in the air. The sensor is characterised by good selectivity and operates independently of oxygen. It has built-in temperature compensation and outputs the data via a UART or PWM output.

• Target gas: CO2
• Operating voltage 4.5 - 5.5 V DC
• Average current consumption: < 60 mA (@ 5 V)
• Peak current: 150 mA (@ 5 V)
• Interface level: 3.3 V (compatible with 5 V)
• Measurement range: see data sheet
• Output signal: UART(TTL interface level 3.3V), PWM, DAC (standard 0.4 - 2V)
• Preheating time: 3 minutes
