How to Order

  Here are some instructions on how to order in case you hit a snag:  

  1. Select all the items you want to buy and add them to your shopping cart by clicking the shopping cart icon or clicking on the ' Add to cart ' button.

  2. Once done adding items to your cart, clock on the shopping cart icon on the top right of the site. A  small window will open, and give you the choice to 'View Cart' or  'Checkout'. If you have a gift voucher or coupon code, select 'view cart', and you'll be taken to a page where you can enter your gift voucher or coupon code. once done, you may continue shopping or proceed to 'checkout'. If you don't have a voucher, just select 'Checkout from the window.

  3.  Create an account  by registering and entering the relevant details, or sign in if you already have an account, then proceed as instructed.

  4. When registering, remember to add the address you want the item delivered. 

  5. In the payment step, select the mode of payment that suits you best. We suggest Pesapal if you are in Kenya, Paypal if you are not in Kenya. Remember to agree to the terms and conditions. In the case of Paypal, the site redirects you to your paypal login page where you login and authorize the payment. Paypal will then redirect you back to the site where you perform the last step. 

  6.  Confirm Order.  Once confirmed, the payment is authorized and you will receive an email to that effect.

1. Eligible Items for Return:

You may return an item if it meets the following conditions:

  • The item is in its original condition, unopened, and unused.
  • All original packaging, including boxes, manuals, and accessories, must be returned.
  • The return request is made within 30 days of the purchase date.

2. Non-Eligible Items for Return:

The following items are generally non-returnable:

  • Opened or used electronic components or items.
  • Items with visible signs of damage or wear and tear.
  • Products that are damaged due to customer misuse or mishandling.

3. Return Procedure:

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Simply Login to your account & head over to the Returns Page

  • If you experience any challenges please Contact our customer support team at contact@nerokas.co.ke or call +254706246248 to inform them about your intention to return the item.

  • You will be provided with a return authorization (RA) number.

    - Please ensure to clearly label the package with this RA number.

  • - Carefully pack the item in its original packaging or a suitable alternative. Include all original accessories and documentation.

  • - Ship the item to the address provided by our customer support team.

4. Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

5. Refund or Exchange:

Upon receiving the returned item and confirming its eligibility, we will process your return in one of the following ways:

  • Refund: You will receive a refund for the purchase price of the item, minus any applicable restocking fees.

  • Exchange: If you prefer, we can exchange the returned item for a replacement of the same or similar product.

6. Restocking Fee:

In some cases, a restocking fee may apply. This fee helps cover the costs associated with processing and restocking returned items. The restocking fee will be communicated to you when you initiate the return.

7. Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team within 10 days of receiving the item. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund, including any shipping fees incurred.
