 Position Overview

We are offering two (2) paid internship positions for dynamic individuals eager to dive into the world of technology sales and customer support. This role is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience at the intersection of advanced electronics and direct customer engagement. You will become an expert on our products, from basic connectors to sophisticated sensors and development boards, while learning the full cycle of our sales and service operations.

Technical Product ExpertiseDevelop a deep understanding of our product portfolio: past (legacy components), present (current stock like sensors), and future (advanced development boards and solutions).
Multi-Channel Customer EngagementWork directly with customers across all touchpoints: assist walk-in clients at our physical location, handle phone inquiries, and manage online customer interactions via email and chat.
Operational Workflow ProficiencyMaster the online sales workflow, from order entry to fulfilment. Learn to efficiently use the company’s Point of Sale (POS) and customer management systems to process transactions and maintain records.
Professional Integrity & SupportUphold the highest standards of integrity when handling transactions, customer data, and company resources. Support the sales and customer service team with administrative tasks and contribute to projects that improve the overall customer experience.

 Qualifications & Skills

      • Candidates Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Engineering, Communications, or a related field.
      • Candidates with a keen interest in electronics, robotics, or technology. Prior hobbyist or academic project experience is a strong plus.
      • Candidates with Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), with the ability to explain technical details clearly to customers of varying expertise.
      • Candidates with Customer-oriented attitude, patience, and a genuine desire to help others solve problems.
      • Candidates with Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
      • Candidates with Utmost integrity and a professional demeanor in all situations.
