Introduction
GM65 Bar code reader module is a high performance scanner, can read 1D bar code easily and read 2D bar code with high speed. It also wins high scan speed for linear code, even for bar code on paper or screen. GM65 bar code reader module is an advanced bar code decoding algorithm which developed on image recognition algorithm, can easily and accurately read bar code, simplify secondary development. GM65 works stable in dark and large temperature range. By using the intelligent image recognition algorithm, this module can easily decode all kinds of common 1D/2D codes. Through the onboard micro USB and UART interface, it can be directly plugged into a computer or integrated to various devices. The module is configurable via scanning ‘configuration mode’ so as to meet some strict scanning requirements. Besides that, with an onboard light source, this scanner can work well even in the dark and provide consistent scanning performance in the extreme temperature range.
GM65 scanning device module has low power consumption, working current less than 150mA, integrated design and small size;
- Support TTL232 and USB (HID or Virtual Serial Port) interface, all common 1D barcodes and common 2D codes, and can also can directly read barcode from the phone screen.

The value read by the GM65 module can be directly displayed on a text file such as Notepad. Please connect USB, find a barcode or QR code to scan (not the QR code in the manual), the place where you can input text on the computer will be displayed directly, such as notepad.
This GM65 code scanner module can accurately read the barcode or QR code on paper or screen at high speed (about 1s) even in poor light environment. This module can be easily embedded into multi-medium barcode scanning equipment, including self-service vending machine, subway gate machine, access control, payment machine, etc.
