The INA125P is a low-power, high-accuracy instrumentation amplifier featuring a precision integrated voltage reference. It delivers complete signal-conditioning functionality on a single monolithic integrated circuit, making it an excellent choice for strain gauge transducers, load cells, bridge excitation, and high-precision data acquisition systems.

Key Specifications and Features

The device offers pin-selectable reference output voltages of 1.24V, 2.5V, 5V, or 10V with up to 2.5% accuracy, providing flexible sensor excitation without requiring extra components. Differential gain can be adjusted anywhere from 4 to 10,000 V/V using a single external resistor. With a remarkably low offset voltage of 50 uV maximum and a high common-mode rejection ratio of 100 dB minimum, the INA125P guarantees exceptional accuracy in noisy electrical environments.

Power Efficiency and Package

Engineered for versatile supply configurations, the INA125P operates from a single power supply ranging from 2.7V to 36V, or dual supplies from +/-1.35V to +/-18V. Housed in a through-hole 16-pin Plastic DIP package, it is easy to integrate into standard prototype breadboards or IC sockets.
