Precision Color Tuning and Electrical Architecture

Featuring a Common Anode circuit layout, this 10W emitter houses three separate Red, Green, and Blue semiconductor dies. Each channel is optimized for 300mA operation, allowing precise dynamic color mixing and PWM dimming control. The Red channel operates at a forward voltage of 6-7V delivering 90-100 Lumens, while the Green channel operates at 9-11V producing 120-130 Lumens, and the Blue channel operates at 9-11V generating 40-50 Lumens. The wide 120 to 140 degree beam angle provides uniform illumination without harsh spot artifacting.

Thermal Management and Driving Guidelines

To ensure peak performance and prevent thermal degradation, high-power COB LEDs require active or passive heatsinking. Operating temperature must be maintained below 60 degrees Celsius (140 degrees Fahrenheit) using thermal interface paste and adequate aluminum or copper heatsinks. It is strongly recommended to drive each channel using dedicated constant current LED drivers to prevent current thermal runaway and guarantee long-term flux stability.
