Quad-Wire Closed-Loop PID Architecture

Featuring a 4-wire isolation configuration, this element separates the heating loop from the sensor loop to enable precise micro-controller temperature sensing. Two dedicated white leads deliver 24V power to the heating coil, while the secondary color-coded pair connects directly to the internal thermocouple sensor. This allows target soldering stations to maintain real-time PID feedback control, minimizing temperature drop during heavy ground-plane contact.
