S-Type Weighing Sensor Load Cell 100kg with Display
This S-Type load cell weighing sensor is a high-precision force transducer designed to measure loads up to 100kg with excellent accuracy and reliability. The distinctive S-shaped design allows it to be easily suspended between two hooks or mounted in tension and compression setups, making it one of the most versatile weighing sensors available. The bundle includes a digital display module, giving you real-time weight readings straight out of the box without the need for additional instrumentation.
How It Works
The load cell uses strain gauge technology bonded to an aluminum alloy body. When a force or weight is applied, the body deforms microscopically, changing the electrical resistance of the strain gauges. This produces a small differential voltage signal proportional to the applied load, which is amplified and converted so the weight can be shown directly on the included display. The four-wire connection (excitation and signal pairs) ensures stable and accurate signal transmission.
Key Features
Rated capacity of 100kg with high measurement accuracy and good linearity. Rugged aluminum alloy construction resists overload and environmental stress. Compact S-form factor supports both tension (hanging) and compression (platform) weighing. Low power consumption and simple wiring make integration into DIY scales, industrial systems, and microcontroller projects straightforward. The included display provides instant, easy-to-read weight values.
Typical Applications
Electronic kitchen and bathroom scales, hanging crane scales, hopper and tank weighing, batch weighing systems, force measurement experiments, tension testing rigs, and Arduino or Raspberry Pi weighing projects. It is equally suited for industrial process control and educational laboratory use.
Package Includes
The kit contains one 100kg S-type load cell sensor, mounting hardware, connecting wires, and the digital display unit, providing everything needed to start measuring weight immediately.
