1. Cell phone app monitors the battery charging and discharging status. Single battery overvoltage and undervoltage, battery pack overvoltage and undervoltage, balance voltage, high and low temperature, and release value can be adjusted.

For example: How to purchase a Smart BMS Li-ion 7S 30A?

1. Connect to cell phone only: select 30A current + Li ion 7S UART add it to shopping cart.

2. Connect to PC or Phone: select 30A current + Li ion 7S UART add to cart and add an UART module to shopping cart, then payment together.

3. Connect PC and cell phone both: select current 30A+ Li ion 7S UART 485 add to cart and add the 485 module to shopping cart, then payment together.

4. Using app for the first time, please change nominal capacity to actual capacity, cycle capacity is actual capacity * 0.8

The scope of work: -20℃/ +80℃

Basic protection parameters content:

1) Cell overvoltage, cell undervoltage, battery pack overvoltage, battery pack undervoltage.

2) Charging high and low temperature, charging overcurrent, discharge overcurrent protection parameters, release value and protection and retention time.

3) Release is divided into conditional release and time release. The protection holding time means the time needed to reach the state of a certain protection.

4) Example:

The overvoltage of the battery is 4.25V, and the overcharge protection is triggered only when the voltage of a single battery is ≥ 4.25V and lasts for 1S.

The battery voltage is less than 4.15V and lasts for 100ms to release overcharge protection.

The voltage must be reduced below 4.15V before charging can be restarted.

5) example: if the discharge current continues to exceed 30A, 5S is triggered to disconnect the discharge MOS, the recovery condition is automatic, and 32S is automatically released from the discharge overcurrent.

6) This BMS has a balance function. Your battery voltage difference should not exceed 0.05V, capacity difference should not exceed 30mAh, internal resistance difference should not exceed 5mΩ, the battery should have good consistency, old and new battery can not be mixed. If you are not sure, please use a brand new battery will be better.

Warm tips

1. Please use it be careful when installing to avoid short circuit.

2. Do not remove or replace the components of the protection board by yourself.

3. Lithium battery protection board with different voltages cannot be mixed. For example, lithium ion BMS cannot be used for Lifepo4.

4. The charge and discharge current cannot exceed the rated value.

5. Please do not change the circuit board .

6. Please use the protective boad within the specified working temperature range and ensure a good heat dissipation environment around the protective board.

7. Design parameters and use conditions must be observed during use because improper use will damage the circuit.
